Winnipeg’s weather forecast for Saturday is -2 degrees Celsius, which is great news for tourists visiting the City for the 103rd Grey Cup.
Members of the business community, Winnipeg Police Service, not-for-profit service providers, and health and social service agencies gathered on October 29 to begin development of a downtown strategy to address harms related to chronic substance abuse.
