Timbercreek Communities was the multi-family property management division of Timbercreek Asset Management, a Canadian alternative asset manager specializing in real estate investment. As of a re-branding in late 2020, the property management operations are now conducted under the Hazelview Properties brand, which is part of Hazelview Investments.
