The Claimant Adviser Office (CAO) is an independent advocacy office for the Province of Manitoba that helps individuals appeal bodily injury claim decisions from Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI). The service is free and provides assistance with understanding the claim process, gathering evidence, and representing the claimant at hearings before the Automobile Injury Compensation Appeal Commission (AICAC).
