In continuous operation since 1992, our Co-ed fitness environment boasts over 7000 square feet of exercise space. The bright, naturally lit, fully equipped weight room provides a complete range of free weight or Cybex machine resisted training options. Our comprehensive cardio-video complex includes heart-rate interactive Precor treadmills, Precor elliptical trainers, Precor AMTs, Cybex arc trainers, Stairmaster Stepmills, Precor recumbent cycles and upright cycles, Concept II rowers, and Jacob's Ladder. In addition to our cross-training facilities, we have an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, steam room, walking track, and tanning beds for your enjoyment.
