This week the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ celebrated 20 years of revitalization in downtown Winnipeg at their 20th Annual General Meeting. Executive director, Stefano Grande, highlighted the BIZ’s achievements of 2009 including the more than 50 programs the BIZ runs in the areas of image and cleanliness; communications and marketing; events and promotions; transportation, parking and transit; and community safety.
