The Automobile Injury Compensation Appeal Commission (AICAC) is the appeal body for individuals who disagree with an Internal Review Decision made by the Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation (MPIC) about their entitlements to benefits under the no-fault Personal Injury Protection Plan (PIPP).
