Roll up your sleeves and enjoy some team bonding as we pick up litter at the annual Downtown Spring CleanUp presented by Manitoba Hydro!
Each year, we come together to help make our downtown look its best after the spring melt. This community effort also supports our hardworking Enviro Team who work seven days a week, also generously supported by Wawanesa.
Date: Tuesday, May 7
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Meetup Location: Manitoba Hydro Place (360 Portage Avenue)
Registrations close Wednesday, May 1. Thank you to all those that registered for this years event.
What to expect:
- Best Team Name and Best Team Outfit wins a prize!
- Participants will be provided materials and equipment for the CleanUp (gloves, garbage and recycling bags, and garbage pickers) on Manitoba Hydro Place on May 7. Registrants will receive an email by May 3 with instructions, including what zone your team will be assigned to.
- As a thank you for participating, you’ll also be entered to win a one-month Winnipeg Transit bus pass, courtesy of Winnipeg Transit.
