With numbers coming in from other cities’ living flag events, the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ is confident that Winnipeggers have once again defended its ‘Largest Living Flag’ title in Canada – with an estimated 3,500 Winnipeggers who came out, dressed in red and white, to form the BIZ’s third living flag at the Manitoba Legislative Grounds to honour and celebrate Canada Day.
