Fitness in the Park

Fitness in the Park offers an exciting line up of free lunch hour fitness classes. It’s a great opportunity to get outdoors and move your body with downtown fitness providers on your lunch break.

Classes begin Monday June 22nd, 2020 and run Monday – Friday from 12:00 – 12:45 PM until September 30th, 2020. In the event of bad weather, classes will be cancelled for that day. Please check our social media accounts for updates on Fitness in the Park cancellation.

Please do not attend a class if you or a family member is sick.
Physical distancing measures will be enforced at all times

Schedule:
Monday: 9Round Fitness at Manitoba Legislative Grounds (West Lawn along Osborne Street)

Tuesday: Yoga Public at Millennium Library Park

Wednesday: Morfit at Millennium Library Park *PLEASE BRING A MAT*

Thursday: Yoga Public Millennium Library Park

Friday: Morfit at Manitoba Legislative Grounds (West Lawn along Osborne Street)

Our Instructors:
9Round: offers a 30-minute full-body kick boxing workout that’s fast, effective and fun with
personal trainers to help you. Visit 9Round.

Morfit: offers a variety of classes depending on what day you attend Fitness in the Park!
Wednesday class: Strength in the Sun (strength based). Friday class: Sweat in the Sun (cardio based). Visit Morfit.
