Playwriting (and Play Reading) 101

Have you ever considered writing a play for the Winnipeg Fringe or beyond? Join Melissa Yuan-Innes, author of the Fringe show I Am The Most Unfeeling Doctor In The World (And Other True Tales From The Emergency Room), and learn the basics of character and conflict, and how to build a world on stage, interspersed with a play reading sponsored by The Writers Union of Canada and the Canada Council for the Arts. Come prepared to write if you like, or listen if you don’t. You can adapt a fairy tale or your own story. Either way, get ready to celebrate theatre!
