The First Nations Family Advocate Office (FNFAO) is an independent advocacy office established by the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs in 2015 to support First Nations families involved with the Child and Family Services (CFS) system. Its mission is to bring children home to their communities by challenging systemic injustices and promoting solutions rooted in First Nations knowledge, laws, traditions, and beliefs.
