The Downtown Community Safety Partnership (DCSP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a safer and more welcoming downtown. We provide 24/7 assistance to support vulnerable and at-risk individuals and enhance community safety, health and well-being for everyone who works, resides, or visits downtown Winnipeg.
