The Salvation Army is thrilled to be back for the 16th annual Hope in the City Breakfast!
The Hope in the City Breakfast is a tradition that brings together change-makers and thought-leaders for an inspirational morning of networking and celebration. The goal is to create awareness and fundraise for the urgent and critical needs in our community. This year’s keynote address will focus on Homelessness in Winnipeg. We’ll hear an inspiring story of one local man’s journey from homelessness to hope. Our keynote speaker Mark Stewart is the new executive director of Winnipeg’s Centre of Hope. He’ll discuss present challenges and the future direction of one of Winnipeg’s largest shelters.
