The Year of the Sheep: Artist Kal Barteski Designs Chinatown District Banners

At the Chinese New Year celebration in the heart of Chinatown, before members of the Chinese community and special guests including the Honorable Philip S Lee, Lieutenant Governor of Manitoba, Mayor Brian Bowman, a number of MPs, MLAs and city councillors, the new district banners designed by local artist Kal Barteski were unveiled.
